Is Indian Stock Market fall Good?
Indian Stock markets have been falling for the last 1 year and are one of the worst performing markets in the world. The Indian Rupee has also fallen to a 6 year low of Rs 49.50 to a US Dollar. But in fact the markets are now correcting themselves after FIIs are withdrawing their money from the system. The global melt down has cause a flee of capital from India to the US and other develop markets to help their own economic conditions. Indian Markets currently are not strong domestically to maintain the astronomical heights achieved by the FII money. But now the levels are true to the indian growth story. The markets are predicted to fall for another 3 months before stabalizing themselves. after than at around 8000 level for BSE, the markets may again rise to 10,000 level in next 2 years, but this time on strength of local money and not FII funds.
